Kiddo

From Script to Screen:
Video and Photo Assets for Wearable Tech Launch

The brief: write, shoot, direct, and edit a suite of video and photo assets to support the launch of Kiddo, a smart band for kids. This included finished pieces, as well as a library of raw material that could be leveraged to support ongoing marketing efforts.

A deep dive into Kiddo’s Key Features.

Our Role
First, we consulted on the content of the launch videos, and on how to structure the shoot to get the most material in the least amount of time. Then we led production from start to finish – writing the scripts, shooting, editing, motion graphics, and color/sound.

The Process
Working with Kiddo, we assessed their objectives for the launch material, and recommended content and structure for the initial videos. Through multiple rounds of scripts, we honed in on the brand voice, which hadn’t existed until then.

As a pre-launch product, Kiddo was relying on these initial videos and photos to not only supply content for marketing, but to bring the brand to life for the first time. A 3-day shoot allowed us to capture multiple families, activities, and use cases, as well as product shots. Editing, graphics, animation, color, and sound rounded out post-production.
